Claudio Cirelli teaches at the conservatorio di Parma and serves as a music director and conductor at the Teatro Regio di Parma. He brings 20 years of expertise conducting operatic and choral repertoire as well as holding positions in vocal coaching and collaborative piano. He has prepared nearly 200 opera productions, collaborating with maestri Riccardo Muti, Daniele Gatti, James Conlon, and many others. Beyond the Teatro Regio di Parma he has also served as chorus master at the Arena di Verona and music director of the Corale Verdi di Parma.

As a professor and vocal coach, he has taught at the conservatories of Parma, Ferrara, La Spezia, Lucca, Modena, and Bologna. He graduated in piano with honors from the Arrigo Boito Conservatory of Music and also holds a degree in choral conducting from the Puccini Conservatory of La Spezia.
